Companis’ Outreach Specialist, Cynthia Hunter, has been selected to participate in the 2021-2022 Leadership Snohomish County Signature Program. It’s a nine-month program for professionals with some experience in leadership roles from a variety of careers. In its 25th year, the 50 participants explore local issues and new leadership strategies. The program’s goals include strengthening business, government and nonprofit sectors’ ability to communicate and collaborate. Cynthia says she believes the program will help her make solid connections in the county. “It also has an excellent reputation and the application process called on me to stretch beyond my comfort zone. I believe I’ll be a better leader as a result of it.”
